If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us so we can make every attempt to make it right at email@example.com or 480-269-3558. To be eligible for a return please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise. When returning items please submit a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in your return package. Return all products in their original unused packaging and in the same condition that you received them within 10 days to: Mixed Essentials, PO Box 1682, Gilbert, AZ 85299. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning your merchandise, we suggest you use a method that will provide you with a tracking number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
One your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. When your refund is processed the shipping costs you paid on the original order will be deducted from the original amount paid. All refunds with be placed on the method of payment that was used at the time of purchase.
